PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk or SAP Express has opened its voice about a viral video on social media regarding a courier who died after delivering a package at a housing estate in the West Jakarta area.

The courier is known to have a history of heart disease.

President Director of SAP Express Budiyanto Darmastono confirmed that the courier in the viral video on social media is an employee of his company.

Budiyanto explained that the courier had a history of heart disease. According to Budi, the doctor had asked the person concerned to put the ring in his heart. However, it was refused out of fear.

"The person concerned is afraid, so he only uses heart medicine. Before walking, he also took heart medicine," he told reporters, Thursday, February 16.

When he arrived at the location, said Budiyanto, the SAP Express courier stopped and got off the motorcycle while holding his chest.

Not long after, the person concerned was unconscious.
