2022 Target Reaching, Jababeka Aims Marketing Sales of 2023 IDR 2 Trillion
JAKARTA - PT Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) recorded marketing sales realization of up to IDR 1.72 trillion in 2022. This exceeds the 2022 target of IDR 1.7 trillion or 1 per cent above the target.
In addition, this achievement has increased by 21 per cent compared to 2021 of IDR 1.42 trillion.
Quoting the disclosure of information, Tuesday, February 14, Jababeka's marketing sales target for 2023 is IDR 2 trillion or 16 per cent higher than the achievement in 2022. This is supported by a solid and promising pipeline for industrial land sales in Cikarang and Kendal.
As much as IDR 1 trillion of this target is expected to come from Cikarang and others or not including Joint Venture (JV) companies consisting of IDR 750 billion of mature land and industrial buildings and IDR 250 billion from residential and commercial products in Cikarang and others.
The remaining IDR 1 trillion comes from JV companies, where Kendal is the largest contributor with a marketing sales target of IDR 800 billion in 2023, and IDR 200 billion from residential/commercial JVs in Cikarang.
If broken down for 2022, marketing sales from Cikarang will reach IDR 844.2 billion from a land area of 14.4 hectares. This includes the sale of 10.6 hectares of mature land amounting to IDR 377.6 billion.

From the sales segment of land and factory buildings, the total reached IDR 558.1 billion. Where more than 90 per cent come from domestic investors, while the rest are from some foreign investors (mainly from South Korea) who buy land and or standard factory buildings in Kota Jababeka in 2022.
Meanwhile, Kendal contributed marketing sales of IDR 737.2 billion with a total land area of 54.1 hectares in 2022, an increase of around 74 per cent compared to 2021 of IDR 423.9 billion.
Sales from the domestic industry also dominate in Kendal with a contribution of 79 per cent in 2022. Meanwhile, sales from foreign investors coming from China, Germany and South Korea, contribute 21 per cent.
In Kendal, the largest single sale came from a home appliance company from Indonesia, which purchased 13.5 hectares of land for IDR 194.5 billion in 2022.
Finally, Tanjung Lesung and other products posted marketing sales of IDR 135.5 billion in 2022, more than double that in 2021.
