Sebelumnya beritakan, Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan resmi menetapkan pengendara Fortuner Hitam berinsial Giorgio Ramadhan (24) menjadi tersangka atas dugaan pengerusan terhadap mobil Brio, AW di Senopati, Jakarta Selatan, Minggu, 12 Februari, jika dini hari.
South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Ade Ary said the decision was made because it was proven to have committed a criminal act of threats and vandalism.

Giorgio was charged with Article 406 of the Criminal Code and Article 335 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of 2 years and eight months.
