According to him, the two brothers who signed the house in the Canduang area initially intended to buy a motorbike, but finally were desperate to steal when they saw a parked motorbike. "They intend to buy a motorbike to the Pariaman area. Both of them departed from their rentals in the Candung area using motorbikes borrowed to neighbors, when they saw one unit of the Supanra X BA 4261 TI motorbike parked on the side of the road and the perpetrator's intention was to steal, "he said. He said that the perpetrators of NI played a role in breaking the motorcycle handle by being kicked, then his younger brother RY who rode the stolen motorbike and driven by his brother from behind. "Regarding whether the two perpetrators had committed theft at other locations, we are still investigating this through inspection by investigators," he said.
"Fortunately, the stolen motorbike is damaged, and we always expect information from residents to follow up so that the Bukittinggi Police jurisdiction is always safe," he said.
