JAKARTA - The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) releases the latest additional positive cases of COVID-19 today.

A total of 14,231 specimens were examined with the results of 181 new positive cases of COVID-19.

The total accumulation of positive cases since COVID-19 was discovered in Indonesia has reached 6,732,799 people and active cases have fallen by 11 to 4,092 cases, said Ministry of Health data, Sunday, February 12.

The province with the most recovered cases today belongs to DKI Jakarta with an additional 87 recovered cases. Followed by Banten with an additional 22 recovered cases, and Central Java with 20 recovered cases, and East Java with an additional 17 recovered cases.

In addition, the number of specimens that had been examined using RT-PCR, TCM, and antigen reached 115,068,579.

"Positive results per number of people examined or this week's positivity rate of 1.73 percent," he wrote.

The number of people suspected of contracting COVID-19 or currently categorized as suspected cases is 757 people. Currently, 34 provinces have had cases of COVID-19.

As many as 203,817,268 people have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination and 174,816,333 people have received the second dose of vaccination.

While the third dose of vaccination was 69,711,156 and the fourth dose of vaccination was 1,903,265.

Meanwhile, the target for vaccination in Indonesia is 234,666,020 people.
