The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) arrested a former inmate with the initials AH suspected of being a recidivist in a case of shabu-shabu distribution in the Kendari City area, Southeast Sulawesi (Sultra).

He explained that suspect AH admitted that he obtained the illicit goods from a man in Kendari City with the initials IP with the pasty system currently under the development of the Southeast Sulawesi BNN.
He added that his party would develop the case and pursue the supplier of the goods.
As a result of his actions, suspect AH was charged with Article 114 paragraph (2) subsidiary Article 112 paragraph (2) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics, with the threat of death penalty, life imprisonment or 20 years imprisonment and imprisonment for a minimum of six years.
