Kemenkumham Give 76 Brand Certificates For Marine Land

KALSEL - Regional Office (Kanwil) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) South Kalimantan (Kalsel) handed over 76 brand certificates for Tanah Laut Regency. The certificate has been successfully registered with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

He also appreciated the stakeholders who have worked together, synergy and collaboration with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to improve the development of intellectual property in South Kalimantan.

Promotion and brand dissemination were also intensified in collaboration with local governments and other elements to optimize brand protection in South Kalimantan, including presenting the Director of Geographical Brands and Indications DJKI Kurniaman Telaumbanua who educates collective brand protection to build awareness of love and pride in Indonesian brands.

The Ministry of Law and Human Rights of South Kalimantan also launched the innovation of "One Brand One Satker", namely the registration of brands for the work or products of correctional inmates representing the correctional work unit.
