The Regional Office Of The Ministry Of Law And Human Rights Of NTT Calls The Establishment Of Individual Companies For Capital Youth And Licensing

The Regional Office (Kanwil) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) socializes the importance of micro and small business actors (UMK) registering their individual companies (PP) with the agency.

"Micro and small business actors will find it easier to obtain capital and licensing when building a legal entity business through an individual company," said Head of the NTT Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office, Marciana D Jone, in a statement, Friday, February 10, quoted by Antara.

Through individual companies, said Milawati, micro and small businesses can form a company with only one founder.

"The advantages of the company's establishment can provide legal protection through the separation of personal and corporate assets in the form of capital statements, as well as making it easier for business actors to access financing from banks," he said.

The process of establishing this company, he said, is very easy, it is enough to fill out the statement form of establishment electronically, does not require a notary deed, is free to determine the amount of business capital, and at a relatively low cost of only Rp. 50 thousand.

Milawati's explanation was said when attending a meeting with business actors who are members of the Association of MSMEs and Creative Economy in Sikka Regency (AKUSIKKA).

Marciana explained that the individual company is in line with the purpose of establishing Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning job creation, namely creating and increasing jobs by providing convenience, protection, and empowerment of MSMEs.

"The Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of NTT as an extension of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in the region according to its duties and functions as a government agency responsible for providing legal protection to the public related to general legal administration," he said.
