MYD Men In The Gisel Case Are Subject To Compulsory Reporting
JAKARTA - The suspect in the nasty video case with Gisella Anastasia, Michael Yukinobu De Fretes aka MYD, is obliged to report. Currently, investigators are handling the investigation process including examining Gisel.
"So every Wednesday we will come, while waiting for the results of the investigation by sister GA as a suspect," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Tuesday, January 5.
After the investigator examined Gisel, the investigator would conduct a case title to determine the next steps. For the time being, the handling of this case has been postponed until the scheduled examination of Gisel on Friday, January 8.
"Later, from the results, we will hold a case for the continuation in the future," he said.
Previously, Michael Yukinobu De Fretes or MYD was questioned for approximately 11 hours at the Metro Jaya Police Special Criminal Investigation Directorate, Monday, January 4.
After undergoing the examination, he did not provide much information regarding the results of the examination. MYD only mentions if you regret what he has done.

Apart from being sorry, the man who was said to have had sexual relations with Gisel in 2017 also apologized to all parties. According to him, his actions must have caused losses from any side.
"For the things that have happened so far, I'm really sorry, I really apologize to all Indonesian people, to my family, to the parties involved, I apologize for all of that," he said.
Michael Yukinobu De Fretes (MYD) and Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel were named as suspects in a pornographic video case, on December 29. Determination of the suspect after the two admitted that the cast in the video was them.
Investigators use Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 8 of Law Number 44 Year 2008 concerning Pornography.
