Bank Mandiri Relocation Of Bogor BUMN Houses For The Development Of MSMEs
JAKARTA PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. It is said that the Bogor BUMN (RB) House has relocated to a more strategic area in the Taman Kencana area, Central Bogor, from previously in the Semplak area, West Bogor.
Bank Mandiri Region V Regional Operations Head Andi Riano Kaharap said this effort was aimed at being able to accommodate more activities of RB Bogor, especially after the revocation of the social activity restriction policy.
"Through this inauguration, we hope that MSMEs in Bogor City can collaborate with various training activities that will be carried out by RB Bogor which will then encourage business actors to enlarge their business and be qualified for Go Global," he said in an official statement, Thursday, February 9.
According to Andi, his party actively provides training and coaching for MSME players, such as by utilizing digital ecosystems such as e-commerce and social media to expand market access and local MSME competitiveness.
He said this was a form of the company's consistency in developing RB Development MSMEs in the country in order to accelerate its business, even reaching the global market.
"We are committed to encouraging the development of MSMEs, the presence of BUMN Houses also has infrastructure to be able to become a forum and facilitator to support MSME capacity," he said.
Andi added, since 2017 Bank Mandiri has established 23 BUMN houses with 7,300 fostered MSMEs. Meanwhile, the Bogor BUMN House is claimed to have succeeded in embracing 1,244 MSMEs with the spread of 1,244 Go Digital, and 674 Go Online.
"Not only through coaching, the Bogor Bank Mandiri BUMN House also supports the distribution of MSME loans worth IDR 1.3 trillion," he said.
For information, the MSME credit of the issuer coded BMRI grew 13 percent year on year (yoy) to IDR 117.2 trillion in 2022. The score is inseparable from the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) which has succeeded in meeting the government's target of IDR 40 trillion to more than 351,000 business actors.
Then, Bank Mandiri's KUR distribution was mainly channeled to the production sector as much as 59.73 percent or Rp. 23.9 trillion.
"The trend of increasing Bank Mandiri KUR distribution in the productive sector is reflected in all sectors," he added.
