JAKARTA - The inaugural trial of the default lawsuit against Tamara Bleszynski, who was sued by her brother, Ryszard Bleszynski, was held at the South Jakarta District Court (PN) on Wednesday, February 8, 2023.
However, neither Tamara nor Ryszard as principal were present. The arrival of the two was represented by their respective attorneys, Djohansyah and Susanti Agustina.
Djohansyah said that the panel of judges requested that Tamara and Ryszard be met immediately. Earlier, the panel of judges was extraordinary to say that indeed brothers and sisters, (Tamara and Ryszard) were both stationed to speak carefully," he said after the trial at the South Jakarta District Court on Wednesday, February 8, 2023.
Djohansyah also hopes for peace between his client and the plaintiff. "We urge peace to occur. Once again, it would be nice if peace could be put forward rather than litigants," he said.
He promised that his client, Tamara Bleszynski, would attend the trial at the mediation stage which will be held two weeks later or around February 22, 2022.
On the other hand, Susanti Agustina as Ryszard's attorney said her client could not attend because he was sick. He said his client might be able to attend the trial around March or April.
"Later on, our client, we will also present it from America. He is cooperative or not coming, the time will be we ask the judge. Because he is sick," said Susanti.
Similar to Tamara's side, Susanti also stated that her client wanted to make peace. Moreover, Ryszard and Tamara are the two children of the surviving late Zbigniew Bleszynski.
"What you want is peace. What's the fuss about. The blezensky family is just the two of them, the others have died," concluded Ryszard Bleszynski's attorney.
