The Involvement Of Commissioner Wika Beton And Singer Windy Idol Bakal Was Examined By The KPK
JAKARTA - The involvement of Commissioner of PT Wijaya Karya (Wika) Beton Dadan Tri Yudianto and Indonesian Idol singer, Windy Yunita Ghemary in the alleged bribery case handling at the Supreme Court (MA) will be investigated by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Both have also been prevented from leaving the country.
"(His involvement, ed) is still being investigated," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri in Jakarta, Wednesday, February 8.
Ali ensured that witness examinations in this case were still being carried out. They will continue to develop existing information and evidence.
"So that when there is information and data we continue to develop it, we will clarify the summons of witnesses so that it is hoped that the construction will be intact," he said.
Furthermore, the KPK wants the alleged bribery case that ensnared the two Supreme Court justices, Sudrajad Dimyati and Gazalba Saleh, to be thoroughly investigated. Anyone found guilty will be named a suspect.
"So the basis is the adequacy of evidence. We will definitely determine whoever is a suspect, including the handling of cases at the Supreme Court," he said.
Dadan and Windy have been prevented from traveling abroad by the Directorate General of Immigration at the request of the KPK. Prevention is carried out for the next six months until January 2023.
This prevention was carried out because Dadan's name appeared in the indictment of two lawyers who bribed Supreme Court Justices, Theodorus Yosep Parera and Eko Suparno. He is referred to as a liaison debtor of the Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP), Heryanto Tanaka with MA Secretary Hasbi Hasan.
Previously, there had been 14 suspects named by the KPK in the alleged bribery case at the Supreme Court. They are Judicial Judge Edy Wibowo; Supreme Court Judge Gazalba Saleh; Judicial Judge Prasetio Nugroho; and Gazalba staff, Redhy Novarisza.
Another suspect, namely Judge Agung Sudrajad Dimyati; Judicial Judge or substitute clerk Elly Tri Pangestu; two state civil servants (ASN) at the Mak Kementeratan Desy Yustria and Muhajir Habibie; and two ASNs in the MA, Nurmanto Akmal and Albasri.
Then, lawyers Yosep Parera and Eko Suparno as well as debtors of the Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative, Heryanto Tanaka, and the Debtor of the Savings and Loans Cooperative Ivan Dwi Kusuma Sujanto.
