Sidang Kasus Investasi Advertis Bodong, Hakim Cecar Saksi Soal Aliran Uang
The flow of money in the fraudulent advertising investment case that ensnared former marketing, Lita Dwi Anggraeni was investigated in today's trial. A witness, NR, was questioned by the West Jakarta District Court (PN) Panel of Judges.
"After the money is sent to you. What are you doing with the money," the judge asked NR at the trial.
Receiving that question, NR explained that the money he received was immediately sent to a number of accounts. One of them, including Lita's who sits as a defendant.
Hearing that answer, the judge said that NR could be caught too much. Meanwhile, NR doesn't talk much and occasionally nods.
Apart from NR, the West Jakarta District Court Panel of Judges also asked for information from four other witnesses. One of them, R, who is a former high-ranking private television company.
Regarding NR's statement, the attorneys for the victims of fraudulent advertising investments, Jules Haneda Salu, said he was satisfied. It is hoped that the information at the trial can open up the flow of money from Lita.
"What we hope with my client has happened. In fact, receiving the account funds with the initials NR was actually investigated by the prosecutor and the chairman of the chairmanship. I hope that in the future nothing will harm," he said.
The trial will continue next week. The agenda will hear additional witness testimony later.
Previously, the fraud allegedly committed by Lita occurred when he claimed to be an employee of a private television company. In order to convince the victim, he even wore a uniform and identification card.
Furthermore, the victims who believed agreed to become vendors. However, this business collaboration changed when the COVID-19 pandemic hit.
At that time, the business was diverted through advertisements on a subscription or paid television. However, Lita did not make any payments, so the victims were disappointed.
They demanded that the investment money that had been paid be returned. However, until March 2021, Lita did not do so even though it had been reported to Polda Metro Jaya.
