Will Mauricio Pochettino And Dele Alli Reunite At PSG?

JAKARTA - The new coach of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), Mauricio Pochettino, reportedly wants to bring Dele Alli, who he coached when he was with Tottenham Hotspur.

The French club made three attempts to sign the England midfielder last summer but was rejected by Spurs chairman Daniel Levy, who did not want to let him go.

PSG are ready to support Pochettino in the January transfer window to make changes and signings after the Argentine takes over at the Parc des Princes.

PSG want Alli on loan after Spurs signed Gareth Bale this season.

Alli himself reportedly did not get along with coach Jose Mourinho, who rarely played him and continued to criticize him in public.

The 24-year-old midfielder was again an unused substitute in Spurs' 3-0 win over Leeds on Saturday last week.

Tottenham have insisted they will not allow Alli or captain Hugo Lloris to leave amid interest from French clubs.

Pochettino was a coach who managed to bring out the best of Alli during his time at White Hart Lane.
