Synopsis Drama Our Blooming Youth: Kisah Cinta 2 Berhitung Dengan Nasib Berbeda
Our Blooming Youth is one of the newest Korean dramas to air this month. This romance and mystery genre drama brings together two young stars, Park Hyung Sik and Jeon So Nee.
This drama was directed by Lee Jong Jae who once directed 100 Days My Prince. The script was worked on by Jung Hyun Jung, the figure behind the romance drama Because It's First Time, Romance is a Bonus Book, and Lovestruck in the City.
Among the series of romance dramas, Our Blooming Youth also brings the sageuk genre, a genre that focuses on historical eras.
Here is a synopsis of Our Blooming Youth drama:
Min Jae Yi (Jeon So Nee) is the son of a royal family. Content with a second-degree advisor made Jae Yi a figure with high self-esteem and throne in the eyes of the community.
Min Jae Yi prepared to become a wife and a mother, but the plan was gone. Four days before the wedding, Jae Yi's family was murdered. No one knows the mastermind and intent of the murder but Jae Yi is the only surviving family member.
It turned out that Jae Yi was a suspected killer so he had to escape from the people who tried to catch him. Until he met Lee Hwan (Park Hyung Sik), the crown prince felt alone.
Lee Hwan comes to save Jae Yi's life but his safety is instead. Lee Hwan is plagued by a mysterious curse he has not finished. Lee Hwan is determined to help Jae Yi.
But instead, Jae Yi had to help Lee Hwan break the curse within Lee Hwan. Jae Yi finally agreed with the agreement. Unknowingly, Lee Hwan and Jae Yi got closer and their feelings of liking began to grow between them.
Our Blooming Youth is the first sageuk drama for Jeon So Nee. while Park Hyung Sik made sageuk his comeback after acting in the sageuk genre through Hwarang (2016).
