Return Of Police Investigators From The KPK
JAKARTA - KPK investigators, Kompol Rosa Purbo Bekti and Kompol Indra have been returned to their original institutions, namely the Bhayangkara Corps. The return of the police officers had previously been discussed with the KPK.
"Regarding Kompol Rosa, it has indeed been returned to the Police," said Police Headquarters Karopenmas Brigadier General Argo Yuwono in Jakarta, Wednesday, February 5.
In fact, the return of Polri personnel who served in the Ministry or other agencies to the Bhayangkara Corps was said to be a natural thing. Because, it is said, there are still many officers or other personnel on duty there.
"Of course we will use these members to work on the police side. No problem. And there are still many other police in the KPK," said Argo.
Meanwhile, the one-star general's statement was deemed to have changed in connection with Kompol Rosa's return, when giving a statement at the Police Science College (PTIK), Wednesday, January 29.
Argo said that Kompol Rosa was still on duty at the anti-graft agency until September 2020, according to an assignment letter issued by the National Police. "Because the person concerned is still in September," said Argo
On a different occasion, Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Komjen Firli Bahuri emphasized that Kompol Rosa no longer served in an anti-graft agency and had been returned to the National Police.
"Investigators on behalf of Rosa have been returned (to the National Police) on January 22, 2020, in accordance with the decision to dismiss civil servants employed at the KPK in accordance with the KPK leadership's decision," Firli said when confirmed, Tuesday, February 4, 2020.
This statement also dismissed the rumors circulating about Rosa not having access to the KPK building. According to him, the return was already a decision by KPK officials.
"The dismissal decision was signed by the KPK Secretary General and the excerpt was signed by Karo SDM," said Firli.
