Kasus Brigadier W Shoot Mati Warga Di Kaltara, Kapolres Malinau Pastikan Proses Hukum Transparan
KaLTARA - Malinau Police Chief AKBP Andreas Deddy Wijaya ensured that the legal process against his member Brigadier W who shot a resident with the initials LH (25) to death would run transparently.
"We, from the police, are serious in dealing with this problem. This is also the emphasis of the North Kalimantan Police Chief. So, let's oversee this case together and the handling will be carried out transparently," Andreas said in his statement, Monday, February 6, quoted by Antara.
LH, a resident of Kaliamok Village, was shot dead by Brigadier W in Gang Daeng Baka, Malinau Kota District, Malinau Regency, in the early hours of Sunday, February 5. Police said the shooting incident when members revealed transactions of the distribution of methamphetamine.
Andreas emphasized that Brigadier W, who is an Intel Resmob Company 4 personnel Yon A Pioneer of the Malinau Police, had undergone an examination of the Professional and Security Sector (Propam) to be given strict sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations if found guilty.

Currently, Brigadier W has been investigated and further investigated at the Kaltara Police Headquarters," he said.
