Concerts In Indonesia, Sehun And Chanyeol EXO Get A Lato-lato Fever

JAKARTA - Chanyeol and Sehun who are members of the EXO-SC group or K-pop idol group subunit EXO have had a late-lato game fever which has recently been relatively popular among Indonesian children. They showed the ability to play lato-lato on the sidelines of EXO-SC BACK TO BACK FANCON at Beach City International Stadium, Jakarta, last Saturday, February 4.

Both were originally asked by the presenter for the Geba event to compete by playing three types of games in the Debuk-Debuk Estate session. These three games are turning bottles, balancing cans containing drinks on the buffer and playing lato-lato up to five times.

Sehun tried first and it took two minutes to finish the three games. While waiting, Chanyeol who got his next turn had to sit on stage. The fans of these two idols or called EXO-L laughed while watching.

When it was his turn, Chanyeol only needed 10 seconds to balance the can containing drinks on the buffer. Next, he overturned the bottle in five seconds for two attempts. In the 16th second, Chanyeol started playing lato-lato.

Although he had difficulties because the lato-lato ropes were convoluted with other lato-lato, he finished the game in 54 seconds.

Chanyeol, who won, immediately smiled broadly and gave a high five with Sehun. He also received a gift in the form of a typical Indonesian dish called klepon. Chanyeol first smelled the smell of klepon and said this dish is similar to Korean teapots or snacks made of rice or glutinous.

"This looks like a betaok. There is a smell of coconut. I'll try it first," he said, who at that time took a klepon directly by hand and then fed Sehun.

After tasting the taste of the klepon, Chanyeol said, "So inside it seems like something has erupted. So in Korea there is something called a kkul teok, a cake eaten on Hari Raya (Chuseok). I think it's eating with my hands. Good".

Sehun then commented in line with his partner. "It's very nice. It's similar to the one we ate on Hari Raya (Chuseok), kkul teok," he was quoted as saying by dati ANTARA.

Not only playing games, Sehun and Chanyeol also entertained fans who were present that night by performing a number of their popular songs, including their debut songs "What a life" and "1 Billion Views".

EXO-SC officially debuted in 2019 through a mini album titled "What a Life" and in the same year they won the 34th Golden Disc Awards in the Disc Bonsang category for the mini album What a Life.

Their last comeback was two years ago through the album "1 Billion Views" which had occupied the first position of iTunes for Top Album Chart in 51 countries, including Indonesia.

The album also occupies the number one position on the daily album charts of Hanteo Chart, Synnara Record, and YES24. "1 Billion Views" is even at the top of the digital album sales charts QQ Music China and Kugou Music.
