Fast Action, Police Gisel Examination Reschedule Next Week

JAKARTA - Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel did not respond to the summons of the Polda Metro Jaya investigators. Originally, Gisel would be examined as a suspect in the case of nasty videos with Michael Yukinobu De Fretes.

Head of Public Relations at Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus, said that his party immediately scheduled a re-examination of Gading Marten's ex-wife. Reschedule for Gisel's examination on Friday, January 8.

"He asked for it and we schedule it together to be here on Friday for us to continue the investigation as a suspect," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Monday, January 4.

According to Yusri, Gisel did not answer the summons on the grounds that there were other activities. Based on a letter sent by his lawyer, Gisel was picking up his daughter.

"Sister GA earlier had a letter submitted here, which concerned today could not attend. With the excuse of picking up her son who had just returned from Bali," said Yusri.

Meanwhile, Michael Yukinobu De Fretes has fulfilled the investigator's summons. Unfortunately Michael did not comment on today's examination.

As for Michael Yukinobu De Fretes, the male actor in the perverted video, Gisel was charged with the Pornography Law. Gisel and MYD were accused of Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.

Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Pornography Law regulates the prohibition of producing, making, reproducing, duplicating, disseminating, broadcasting, importing, exporting, offering, trading, renting, or providing pornography which explicitly contains:

1 intercourse, including sex that is deviant;

2 sexual violence;

3 masturbation or masturbation;

4 nudity or an impressive display of nudity;

5 genitals; or

6 child pornography
