Improvement Of Infrastructure Is Carried Out In Stages, The Bekasi Regency Budget This Year Is Widely Absorbed For ASN And Non-ASN Salaries
Bekasi Regent, Dani Ramdan, said that infrastructure development and improvement would be carried out in stages. This is based on a priority scale by taking into account regional financial capabilities.
He said the Bekasi Regency Government's finances had not been able to finance all the work in question.
Dani then explained, out of a total of IDR 6.6 trillion in the Bekasi Regency Budget in 2023, as much as IDR 2 trillion was used to pay ASN and non-ASN salaries.
Meanwhile, IDR 2.5 trillion was allocated for operational assistance for schools, health centers, and villages.
"The rest, around Rp. 2 trillion is divided into 32 regional apparatus," Dani said as quoted by Antara, Saturday, February 4.
"If divided equally, it is only Rp. 60-70 billion per regional apparatus. For road construction, it is only a few kilometers," he continued.
However, Dani continued, the budget constraint did not dampen the spirit of the Bekasi Regency Government to continue to build so that the benefits could soon be felt by the entire community.
Previously, the Bekasi Regency Government repaired a total length of 107 kilometers with a financing allocation of Rp. 571 billion. Dani admitted that this budget is almost double as before.
