Carrying The Concept Of Cross-Border Musical, Salihara Jazz Buzz Ready To Be Held

JAKARTA - With Cahyadi, Guernica Quartet, and Sandikala Ensemble will appear at the Salihara Jazz Buzz. The annual jazz festival from the Salihara Arts Center Community will take place on February 4, 5, and 11.

These three musicians come with their respective aesthetics in presenting new nuances of jazz music.

Of course, the three best music groups according to the Salihara curator team as a result of the Open Call will also collaborate with well-known musicians.

Apart from Gerald Situmorang, the musicians in question include Sri Hanuraga, Indra Perkasa, and Adra Karim.

Meanwhile, Salihara's music and Community Dance curator, Tony Prabowo, said that the theme of the Exchange that was carried this time could present a new concept in the community of jazz connoisseurs.

This means that the Salihara Jazz Buzz wants to display the characteristics of jazz that is able to explore into other music genres.
