Update On COVID-19 As Of February 3rd: New Case 241, Menuh Added 273
The COVID-19 Task Force released the latest additional positive cases of COVID-19 as of today. A total of 36,005 specimens were examined with the results of 241 new positive cases of COVID-19.
"The total accumulation of positive cases since COVID-19 was discovered in Indonesia has reached 6,730,778 people and active cases have fallen by 36 to 4,268 cases," said COVID-19 Task Force data, Friday, February 3.
Today's recovered cases increased by 273 people, bringing the total to 6,565,684 recovered people. Then, the positive confirmed cases who died increased by 4 cases and the total was 160,826 people.
The province with the most new cases was in West Java with 69 cases and a total of 1,235,095 cases. Followed by DKI Jakarta with 62 new cases with a total of 1,539,801 cases. East Java 22 new cases and a total of 637,649 cases. Banten 15 new cases and a total of 365,965 cases.
The province with the most recovered cases today belongs to DKI Jakarta with an additional 94 recovered cases. Followed by Central Java with an additional 67 recovered cases, Banten with an additional 29 recovered cases, and East Java with an additional 24 recovered cases.
In addition, the number of specimens that had been examined using RT-PCR, TCM, and antigen reached 114,859,229.
"Positive results per number of people examined or this week's positivity rate of 1.33 percent", he wrote.
The number of people suspected of contracting COVID-19 or who are currently categorized as suspected cases was recorded at 1,154 people. Currently, 34 provinces have had cases of COVID-19.
To date, 204,258,332 people have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination and 175,116,426 people have received the second dose of vaccination.
While the third dose of vaccination was 69,540,836 and the fourth dose was 1,492,323. Meanwhile, the target for vaccination in Indonesia is 234,666,020 people.
