Binance Presents Feedback Features, Crypto Community Can Give Fun For Company Services

JAKARTA The largest crypto exchange is based on its daily trading volume, Binance, recently presented a feedback feature. This feature allows users to provide input or suggestions regarding Binance products.

That way, users can effectively participate in shaping the Binance service roadmap going forward. According to a CryptoPotato report, Wednesday February 1, Binance said the main goal of this new tool is to collect input from the community about what new features they want to see to implement.

Feedback from the community will be collected and reviewed by Binance, after which the product team will release a roadmap that can be seen by the public for the features suggested by users in March.

Once the roadmap is released, the community will vote on the proposed feature, and the most suggested feature will be added to the official Binance roadmap.

This will provide the latest information regarding the development status of these features, and the community will be able to provide feedback on user proposal features that have been launched.

"Binance always applies feedback to the product development process," said Head of Binance Product, Mayur Kamat.

"On average, we receive around 1000 feedback every month. Now we have a special place for the community to provide advice and have a long-term impact on the development of Binance products in the future," added Kamat.

After the collapse of FTX at the end of 2022, Binance began implementing a Proof of Reserver system or backup evidence to increase consumer confidence in the Binance exchange platform. The system involves verifying customer asset security based on on-chain data.

Although the exchange published short backup evidence in December, the report was removed days later due to its auditor, the Mazars Group, deciding not to work with crypto companies.
