Dear Boyolali, Don't Replace The Vehicle Exhaust With The 'Crempreng' One If You Don't Want To Be Confiscated By The Police

JAKARTA - The Boyolali Police, Central Java will take action against vehicles that use non-standard exhaust manufacturers or brong. This is because the sound raised disturbs the comfort and peace of the community.

"The Boyolali Police Traffic Unit continues to carry out raids on vehicles that use Brong exhaust by setting up and taking fines," said Boyolali Police Chief AKBP Petrus Silalahi during a Gathering with the Boyolali Journalists Communication Forum (FKWB), in Boyolali, Wednesday, February 1, quoted by Antara.

"We agree that Brong exhaust vehicles must be dealt with and eradicated so that Boyolali is free of exhaust vehicles that can sound deafening," said Petrus Silalahi.

Satlantas has been patrolling by raiding Brong exhaust vehicles because apart from making noise felt by the community, they also ride their motorbikes recklessly on the road.

Many Brong exhaust vehicles in Boyolali are driven by young people. For this reason, the police take action in addition to launching their vehicles, violators are also subject to a ticket.

One of the important points, he said, was that the driver or owner of the vehicle, after paying the ticket fine, could take his vehicle after replacing the exhaust with the manufacturer's standard.

"This continues to be done in addition to taking action, the police also provide socialization of appeals to the public not to use Brong exhaust," he said.

The Boyolali Police Traffic Unit has also made an appeal banner so that the Boyolali people do not use Brong exhaust. The police continue to take action against motorists who use Brong exhausts.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Boyolali Police Traffic Unit, AKP M. Herdi Pratama, said that his party had taken action against 30 Brong exhaust vehicles in the Boyolali area in the past week. Violators are subject to fines and are required to replace the exhaust with the normal one.

"From early January to the third week of January, we conducted socialization to the public regarding the ban on vehicles using Brong exhaust," said Herdi.

He hopes that the community will be more orderly in traffic and do not underestimate the problem of traffic compliance. Because traffic accidents occur starting from violations. Brong exhaust vehicles will also disturb the comfort of the community and other road users," he said.
