ID Food Targets Revenue Of IDR 17 Trillion This Year

JAKARTA - Holding a Food State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN), ID Food is targeting revenue of IDR 17 trillion this year.

In order to achieve this target, several fundamental improvements to the company are made. Among them, long-term financial transformation to streaming for children is necessary.

"We are targeting revenue in 2023 of 17 trillion with Ebitda 1 Trillion," said President Director of Food Holding ID Frans Marganda Tambunan in a statement, Tuesday, January 31.

Frans said the Work program and the 2023 RKAP strategic initiative refer to 5 priorities of the Ministry of SOEs and 12 main strategic initiatives with the theme fix the fundamentals and unlock the value. Among them are sustainable expansion, creation of economic value and maintaining a sustainable financial position, and financial transformation.

Then, farmer partnerships, breeders and MSMEs, business model transformation, integration in supply chain, centralization of Holding supporting functions, ecosystem development for food production improvement, business process automation, building the foundations of Agriculture 4.0, building local & global partnerships, asset optimization, millennial talent development and BOD-1.

"Some of the company's fundamental improvements include long-term financial transformation including EBITDA transformation, subsidiary streaming, optimization of non-core business and non-productive assets," explained Frans.

Frans detailed that the company's potential performance in the operation of the ID Food Group business includes sugar commodities targeted to increase by around 13 percent from 2022, namely with a target of producing 300,433 tons of White Crystal Sugar (GKP), which is managed by ID Food Group including PT PG Rajawali I, PT PG Rajawali II and PT PG Candi Baru.

Fishery commodity, Frans targets, in sectors managed by PT Perikanan Indonesia holding members as much as 16,087 tons of fishery production, an increase of about 24 percent from the one programmed in 2022.

Likewise, the management of fish feed factories is targeted to produce around 4,328 tons.

In the raid, in 2023 it is targeted at 19.033 tons of seed production, an increase of 11 percent from 2022. Likewise, the spread in 2023 is targeted to produce 36.438 tons or a significant increase of 177 percent from the 2022 program, which will be managed by PT Sang Hyang Seri's holding member.

"The livestock sector, ID Food Group targets to produce 19,173,927 DOC chickens, an increase of 22 percent from the 2022 program which will be managed by PT Berdikari's holding members," he explained.

Meanwhile, in salt commodities, Frans targets PT Garam holding members to contribute 53.2 tons per hectare (ha) of salt production, up about 17 percent from programmed in 2022.

"Dari konsolidasi penjualan ID Food Group termasuk kontribusi pada sektor perdagangan dan logistik yang dikelola PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia, PT Rajawali Nusindo, dan anggota holding lainnya diharapkan tahun 2023 ini dapat mencapai pendapatan yang ditargetkan," tuturnya.
