Do Not Accept Being Sent Home When Drunk, A Man In Palopo, South Sulawesi, Stabbed A Husband And Wife

PALOPO - A married couple in Palopo, South Sulawesi, was hacked by a drunk man. This is because the perpetrator did not accept the victim's attack.

The victim with the initials Sy (49) and his wife S (43). Head of Public Relations of the Palopo Police, Iptu Edy S, said the stabbing took place, Friday, December 1, in the early hours of the morning, in Wara Selatan, Palopo City.

This incident began when the two victims reprimanded the perpetrator. The perpetrator who was drunk was asked to go home.

"The chronology of the incident was that at that time the victim reprimanded the perpetrator with the words 'if you are drunk, just go home to sleep'," said Iptu Edy when contacted by VOI.

The perpetrator did not accept the warning. The perpetrator returned to his house to take a machete and tortured a married couple.

After stabbing the two victims, the perpetrator fled to the plantation. The perpetrator is now being chased by the police.

Currently the victim is undergoing nursing at the Palopo regional hospital. Both victims suffered facial wounds.

"As a result of the incident the victim, Sy suffered a torn wound on the left cheek, the victim, S had a torn wound on the upper head," said Iptu Edy.

According to the police, the perpetrator was found to have stabbed another person with the initials N (18). The victim was hospitalized because of a wound on the left chest.
