The Permit Giver Of Audi A6 Behind The Accident Causing Cianjur Student Killed Turns Out To Be A Member Of Metro Police

JAKARTA - The police figure who was said to be the permit giver for the Audi A6 car to be a part of a convoy that caused a series of accidents that killed a Suryakancana University (Unsur) Cianjur student, Selvi Amalia Nuraeni, has finally been revealed. He is a member of Metro Jaya Police with the initials D and the rank of Kompol.

"The figure of this member is Kompol D," said Head of Public Relations of Metro Jaya Police Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko in his statement, Monday, January 30.

Kompol D allows the Audi A6 to enter the motorcade because it has a special relationship with Nur who is one of the passengers in the Audi car.

In fact, their relationship could be said to be an affair. This is because Kompol D already has a legal wife.

"Compol D has maintained a special relationship for approximately eight months, starting in April 2022," said Trunoyudo.

With the proven relationship with Nur, Kompol D was declared to have violated professional ethics.

The Metro Jaya Police member violated Article 5 paragraph 1 letter b and personality ethics in the form of committing adultery or adultery Article 13 letter f of the Regulation of the Chief of Police Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the Police Code of Ethics Commission.

"Currently the National Police leader has taken firm action for the special placement of Kompol D for 21 days at Metro Jaya Police," said Trunoyudo.

Some time ago Nur suddenly appeared and claimed to be the owner of the Audi car that ran over Selvi to death. In her statement, she stated that she had received permission from her husband, who is a police officer, to enter the convoy.

Then, Nur also mentioned that the black luxury car she was driving belonged to her husband.

"I am his wife, yes the police. Initial D," said Nur.

The woman also said that she used the car because her husband lent it. The reason is her personal car was damaged and was being repaired at the garage.

"I borrowed the car because my car was at the garage. I've only used this car three times. I don't know the type but it's black," said Nur.
