Moeldoko Reaches Young People To Lead You
MAKASSAR - Presidential Chief of Staff Dr. Moeldoko said that now is a young time to become a leader. Moeldoko conveyed this when he was a speaker at the National Leadership Seminar, at Atmajaya University Makassar, Friday, January 27.
Moeldoko assessed that the younger generation has a brave character to take risks and open up opportunities. This character, he said, is needed to win global competition.
"Global is currently experiencing very fast changes, full of risks, very complex and full of surprises. For that we need leaders who dare to take risks and are able to create opportunities. Now that's in young people," he said.
The 2013-2015 TNI Commander said that to realize Indonesia Gold 2045, Indonesia must get out of its comfort zone by creating competition areas. Namely, accelerating, superior, differentiating, and being able to seize the market in your own country.
According to Moeldoko, this achievement will not be realized if it does not have superior human resources. For this reason, the government has prepared various programs to accelerate human development. Such as the Smart and Pre-Employment Indonesia Card.
"Not only giving birth to superior human resources, but also having competence and being able to be absorbed in the world of work," explained Moeldoko.
