Rumah Tangga Pasutri Drama Di Pemalang: 6 Tahun Nikah Belum Punya Anak, Suami Solikasi Hamili Anak Di Bawah

PEMALANG - The case of finding a baby in front of a food stall that had shocked residents of Beji Village, Taman District, on Sunday night, January 22, has finally been revealed. Pemalang Police have named a suspect with the initials AA (32), a resident of Taman District, Pemalang.

"It is suspected that the baby was the result of an illicit relationship between suspect AA and a underage girl," said Pemalang Police Chief AKBP Yovan Fatika Handhiska Aprilaya in a written statement, Thursday, January 26.

AKBP Yovan also explained that the disclosure of the case began with a report of the discovery of a baby to the Pemalang Police Park.

"Arriving at the crime scene (TKP), the Park Police personnel met with AA and his wife, and found a cardboard box containing a baby boy," said the Pemalang Police Chief.

Then, continued Yovan, his personnel took the baby to the Siaga Medika Pemalang hospital for treatment, then asked for information from AA and his wife at the Taman Police.

"At the same time, we are also conducting investigations into all hospitals, health centers and practice midwives in Pemalang Regency," explained Yovan.

From the results of the investigation, his party received information from a midwife with the initials L, who claimed to have recently helped give birth to a woman who was accompanied by a man with the initials AA.

"After meeting Midwife L at the Taman Police, finally AA admitted that she had just accompanied her partner in the delivery process at the practice place for midwives L," he said.

From the results of the examination, Yovan said, AA admitted to having sex with his partner because he had not had children for 6 years married his wife.

"After finding out that his partner was pregnant, AA told his partner that he would take care of the child with his wife," said the Pemalang Police Chief.

After returning from the delivery process at midwives L, AA took the baby from the boarding room to his house to be shown to his wife. But the fact is that AA actually threw it away.

"But AA instead took the baby in the future to a shop in Beji Village, then told his wife that he had found the baby there, for fear that his wife would find out about his affair," he explained.

For his actions, AA was charged with multiple layers of articles for alleged criminal acts of sexual abuse of children, as well as criminal acts of leaving children under the age of seven to be found.

"AA is charged with articles 81 and or 82 of the Child Protection Act with a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison, and article 305 of the Criminal Code carries a maximum sentence of 5 years and 6 months in prison," said the Pemalang Police Chief.
