The Directorate General Of Housing At The Ministry Of PUPR Has Allocated The Provision Of IKN IDR 537.1 Billion In 2023.

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) through the Directorate General of Housing allocated a budget for the provision of housing in the State Capital (IKN) of the Archipelago of IDR 537.1 billion in 2023.

The Director General of Housing at the Ministry of PUPR, Iwan Suprijanto, said that the budget for the provision of housing in IKN was intended for the residence of construction workers and landed houses in ministerial positions.

"Regarding IKN support, it is only a continuation of what started in 2022, namely the landed house of ministerial office, which in 2023 is allocated Rp337.1 billion," Iwan said in a Hearing Meeting with Commission V DPR RI monitored online, Wednesday, January 25.

Iwan said that the construction worker's residence to be completed in the near future will be allocated as a budget of Rp. 200 billion.

"So, it is hoped that in the not too distant future, it will be utilized and functioned in February," he added.

For your information, the Director General of Housing of the Ministry of PUPR, Iwan Suprijanto, stated that the construction of around 36 units of ministerial housing in the Central Core Area of the Nusantara Capital City Government (KIPP IKN) is ready to begin.

He said that at least 36 units of the Ministerial Office would be built by the Ministry of PUPR at the 104 and 105 KIPP IKN locations.

In this case, the Ministry of PUPR will strive so that the development process can be carried out properly in the field, oversee the work schedule according to the predetermined planning, and ensure the results of quality work.
