JCI Wednesday Reopened Green To The Level 5,955.51
JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) opened for trading on Wednesday, February 5. JCI opened higher by 33.1 points or 0.56 percent to 5,955.51.
At the opening of trading, there were 33 stocks rising, 1 stock weakening, and 11 stocks stagnating. Trade transactions reached IDR 52.6 billion from 7.7 million shares traded.
The LQ45 index rose 8.61 points or 0.9 percent to 973.45, the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) index rose 3.79 points or 0.6 percent to 643.43, and the IDX30 index rose 4.69 points or 0, 9 percent to 532.74.
Reliance Sekuritas analyst Lanjar Nafi said Wednesday's trading will continue its positive pace of yesterday's trade which rose 0.65 percent to 5,922.34 levels. Today, investors will focus on the release of economic data both globally and domestically.
"Investors will focus on the service sector performance index data in China," said Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia Analyst Lanjar Nafi in his written research.
Meanwhile, domestic investors will focus on the release of economic growth data for the fourth quarter of 2019. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is scheduled to announce economic growth today at 11.00 WIB.
Technically, JCI is predicted to look for new directions, aka consolidation and try to stay in the green zone. "With support and resistance levels in the range of 5,900-6,000," he said.

Meanwhile the stocks that entered the top losers included, shares of PT Asia Pacific Investama Tbk (MYTX) fell IDR 9 or 15.25 percent to IDR 50, shares of PT Pool Advista Indonesia Tbk (POOL) fell IDR 10 or 14.2 percent to IDR 60, and shares of PT Martina Berto Tbk (MBTO) fell by Rp10 or 12.05 percent to Rp73.
