Towards The End Of The Year, General Andika Inaugurated 583 Indonesian Army Officers
JAKARTA - The Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army, General TNI Andika Perkasa, inaugurated and took the oath of 583 TNI AD officers at the Education Officer Prasetya ceremony and the formation of the 2020 Army Special Officers.
A total of 583 officers were appointed and their officers oathed to serve the nation and state and carry out their duties and responsibilities as soldiers of the Indonesian Army.
"Are you willing to take the oath of an officer according to your respective religious group?" He said to the appointed officers, as stated in a press statement received in Jakarta, reported by Antara, Wednesday, December 30.
He was present at the TNI AD Officer Candidate School, Bandung, West Java, to attend the Education Officer Prasetya ceremony and the formation of the 2020 Army Special Officers, accompanied by the General Chairperson of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana, Hetty Andika Perkasa.
Both received a welcome from the ranks of the Army Secretariat and the sons and daughters of members of the unit. Two toddlers came forward and draped flowers to Perkasa and gave a bouquet of flowers to his wife.
The implementation of the Education Officer Prasetya Ceremony and the Formation of Special Officers of the Indonesian Army 2020 took place at Wiradhika Field with the commander of the ceremony, Colonel Infantry Aminton Manurung.
The inauguration ceremony for this officer was also attended by top ranks of the TNI AD, including the leadership of the central executive body, Main Command officials, assistant to the Army chief of staff, and members of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana.
After taking the oath, Perkasa signed the official manuscript of the officer's oath-taking.
To meet the needs of first-officer personnel, the TNI carries out several education and formation channels, including through the TNI Academy, the formation of career officers with undergraduate degrees, as well as education and the formation of special officers with senior non-commissioned officers.
