Polri Accompanying Komnas HAM Team On Ballistic Test At Puslabfor Sentul
JAKARTA - Bareskrim Polri investigators accompany Komnas HAM to Puslabfor Sentul, West Java. Komnas HAM examined several objects found on the Jakarta-Cikampek KM50 toll road related to the shooting case of 6 Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) troops.
"Today we are accompanying the National Commission for ballistics at the Sentul Center for National Crimes," said the Director of General Crimes for Criminal Investigation of the National Police Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi to reporters, Wednesday, December 30.
In investigating this case, Bareskrim investigators have examined 83 witnesses. Based on police statements, there was an alleged attack by the FPI Laskar on the police at KM 50 Tol Jakarta-Cikampek on Monday, December 7, 2020, at 00.30 WIB.
The officer, who felt that his life was at risk, immediately took firm and measured action so that six of Rizieq Shihab's bodyguards died, while four other people fled.
Komnas HAM immediately investigated this case. From the results of an interim investigation, Komnas HAM announced that it had found seven projectiles and four cartridges from the shooting scene of the six FPI troops on the Jakarta-Cikampek Kilometer 50 toll road.
The Komnas HAM team also found a large number of pieces of evidence from the scene of the car.
All evidence, including cartridges, projectiles, and car parts were found at a number of points, not at one point.
