MAKASSAR - Andi Ulfa Lanto, who went viral for yelling when he scolded a trader, was removed from his post as Head of Sub-District of Ujung, Parepare, Sulawesi Belatan (Sulsel).

"Based on the results of the inspection conducted by the inspectorate, we are carrying out organizational reforms within the scope of the City of Parepare," said the Mayor of Parepare, Taufan Pawe, Wednesday, December 30.

The Head of the Ujung Sub-District, which was originally held by Andi Ulfa, is now held by Ardiansyah Arifuddin. Ardiansyah previously served as Head of the Sanitation and Garbage Division at the Environmental Office of the City of Parepare.

Taufan Pawe explained that the current conditions are uncertain amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The Mayor of Parepare is aware that on the other hand, he must maintain economic growth. Therefore everything will be done in balance.
