JAKARTA - Two perpetrators who were dealers of thousands of trihexyphenidyl hard drugs in the Minahasa area, North Sulawesi, were arrested by the Minahasa Police Narcotics Unit.

The two perpetrators, each with the initials EM (24 years) and NW (33 years) were arrested, starting from information from the public regarding the delivery of thousands of pills of hard drugs to Tondano.

"Starting from information from residents that there was a shipment of trihexyphenidyl drugs through one of the delivery services in Tondano, the police then conducted an investigation," said Head of Public Relations of the North Sulawesi Police, Kombes Jules Abraham Abast, as quoted from Antara, Saturday, January 21.

"After waiting for a while, the police found EM picking up a package containing 2,530 hard drugs," he continued.

After the interrogation, EM admitted that the package was ordered by someone through an online order service. Based on EM's confession, the police then picked up the man suspected of ordering the drug.

"With the initials NW, one of the convicts who was living in Class II B Tondano Prison, Minahasa. Both were then taken to the Minahasa Police Office for investigation," he said.
