ASN Flats In Manado Are Inaugurated, Minister Basuki: Real Evidence Of The Government Presents Make Sure Decent Residents

JAKARTA - Flats for leaders and employees of the North Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office (Rusun Kejati Sulut) in Wanea District, Manado, North Sulawesi, were inaugurated by President Jokowi, Friday, January 20.

PUPR Minister Basuki Hadimuljono said the construction of flats in addition to low-income people (MBR), students, students in Islamic boarding schools, was also for the TNI/Polri and State Civil Apparatus (ASN).

"This is clear evidence that the Government is present in the provision of decent housing. We hope that it can improve the quality of life of aid recipients by having a more decent, healthy and comfortable house," Basuki said in his official statement, as quoted on Saturday, January 21.

The construction of this flat, said Basuki, is part of the One Million Houses Program implemented by the Ministry of PUPR.

"The existence of these flats is expected to be able to provide decent housing for ASN, in order to improve better performance," he added.

The North Sulawesi State Civil Apparatus Flat was built with 2021-2022 State Budget funds worth IDR 19.77 billion and was carried out by PT Cipta Adhi Guna with a three-story construction, and has 44 type 36 housing areas. The flat's residential capacity can accommodate up to 176 people.

The flats are equipped with a furniture water facility, namely 44 units of two-door cabinets, one door moderate cabinet, main beds and flat beds, two seaters of sofa, a guest table, dining table, and chairs.

In addition, the Flats has also been equipped with electrical installations, clean water facilities, as well as infrastructure, facilities and utilities (PSU).

To note, after arriving at the location, President Jokowi immediately entered the flat to review the existing facilities and sign the inscription as a sign of the inauguration of the flats.
