Two Teenage Boys, Brothers And Sisters In Purbalingga Kompak, Have Become Drug Dealers.
PURBALINGGA - The Narcotics Investigation Unit (Satresnarkoba) of the Purbalingga Police arrested the brothers from Thahab Lor Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. Because the two brothers were found selling and distributing list G drugs.
Head of the Purbalingga Police Narcotics Investigation Unit, AKP Akhirul Yahya, when giving a statement, said that his party had arrested two people who were caught distributing list G drugs. The crime scene (TKP) is in the Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency.
The two suspects are DS (25) and KBS (20), both residents of Thahab Lor Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. The two suspects are brothers and sisters.
"The suspect's mode is to buy list G drugs to his friends in Tangerang. After the goods are sent, they are distributed or sold to their friends through WA for profit," explained AKP Achhirul Yahya in a written statement, Friday, January 20.
It was stated that the disclosure began with public information about the sale of list G drugs in the Karangreja District area. Then the Opsnal team of the Narcotics Unit of the Resort Police carried out observations in the field.
"As a result, we managed to secure the suspects DS and KBS along with the evidence in the Thahab Lor Village area, Monday, January 9," he said.
The evidence that was successfully secured was 1288 Hexymer pills in two plastic packages, 28 Tramadol drugs, one transparent plastic clip, two blue plastic bags and two cell phones.
From the suspect's confession, the list G drug was purchased for Rp. 200 thousand for five plates or 50 pills filled. Then resold perlempeng or packaged 10 pills for Rp. 70 thousand.
"Satu tersangka berinisial DS merupakan residivis kasus penyalahgunaan narkotika jenis sabu pada tahun 2016. Sedangkan satu lainnya belum pernah tersangkat pidana," katanya.
The Head of the Narcotics Investigation Unit added that the suspect was subject to Article 196 in conjunction with Article 98 paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health. With a maximum imprisonment of 10 years and a maximum fine of IDR 1 billion.
