The Legal Process Of Criminal Events Implemented In Indonesia

YOGYAKARTA - The Criminal Procedure Code in Indonesia is a series of rules, procedures, and regulatory regulations that limit the criminal regulatory process to positive regulations in force in Indonesia. Judge's decision
