The AGO Denies 'Entering The Wind' Behind The Claims Of The Defendants The Death Of Brigadier J

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has revealed the background of prosecuting the defendants in the alleged murder case of Yosua alias Brigadier J. The AGO ensured that all demands were in accordance with the facts of the trial.

"No one has caught a cold. The maximum demand," said Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes (Jampidum) at the AGO, Fadil Zumhana, to reporters, Thursday, January 19.

In addition, according to him, the case of the death of Brigadier J is a big case that attracts the attention of other countries. This is because the perpetrators are law enforcement officers.

In fact, one of them, Ferdy Sambo, is a high-ranking National Police officer.

Thus, it is reiterated that there will be no game behind the provision of demands. Because, this is an institutional gamble.

"How the case is attracting attention, foreign countries are also paying attention to this, sir. This is an institutional gamble, sir," said Fadil.

For information, in the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J, there were four defendants. They are charged with different criminal sanctions.

The defendants Ma'ruf, Ricky Rizal, and Putri Candrawati were sentenced to 8 years in prison.

Then, the defendant Richard totaling alias Bharada E was sentenced to 12 years in prison. Then, Ferdy Sambo was sentenced to life imprisonment.

They are believed to be legally and convincingly proven to have violated the primary squad or Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
