Gisel Admitted To The Police That He Made A Nasty Video While Still Being Gading Marten's Wife

JAKARTA - Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel officially divorced Gading Marten in 2019. The two separated on the grounds that there was no match after seven years of marriage. Both were married in Bali on September 14, 2013 ago.

A year apart from Gading Marten, Gisel stumbled into a legal case. Namely the case of the spread of immoral videos that he made with MYD in 2017. Seeing this year of manufacture, logically, Gisel is still Ivory's legal wife.

Regarding the year when the nasty video was made, Gisel admitted himself before the investigators at the Jakarta Police when he was examined as a witness some time ago. Gisel admits that the video was made while he was still wife of Gading Marten.

"He (Gisel) admits it himself and it happened around 2017 in a Medan hotel," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Tuesday, December 29.

Yusri said the time and location of the nasty video was known based on the direct confession from Gisel. To investigators, Gisel admitted that all the events recorded in the video were the truth.

Although some time back, Gisel has always been silent about the video. In fact, there was information that his cellphone was lost three years ago. His cellphone was lost when he was entrusted to his manager.

"Sister GA admits and MYD admits that it is what is in the video circulating on social media, it is herself," said Yusri.

In addition, the two actors in the video were known to be Gisel and MYD and were also supported by expert testimony and forensic results. So, there is no need to doubt about the cast of the video.

"It is strengthened again by existing forensic experts and IT experts," he said.

With the proof of the original video cast, the police named Gisel and MYD as suspects. They were charged with Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 8 of Law 44 of 2008 concerning pornography.

"(With threats) At least 6 months and a maximum of 12 years in prison," he said.
