The Prosecutor's Voice Was Heard Vibrationally When Reading The 12-year-old Demand For Bharada E

JAKARTA - The voice of the public prosecutor (JPU) seemed different when reading out the 12-year-old charges against Richard totaling alias Bharada E. His voice was shaking until his colleague had to strengthen him.

Meanwhile, the prosecutor who read out the charges was Paris Manalu.

Initially, the Paris prosecutor read out the aggravating and mitigating considerations behind the charges against Bharada E.

His voice was shaking at that time. Several times he took a breath as if he couldn't continue.

Paris prosecutors also stopped a few seconds before reading the charges. In fact, his fellow prosecutor, Sugeng Hariadi, must strengthen him.

At that time, Prosecutor Sugeng had time to pat the back of the Paris Prosecutor three times. Until finally, Bharada E was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

"Demanding to sentence Richard totaling to 12 years of reduced detention," said the prosecutor at the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, January 18.

In the charge, there were several burdensome considerations. One of them Bharada E is the executor in the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J.

In addition, there are also mitigating considerations. The prosecutor considers Bharada E to be a justice collaborator from the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).

"The defendant is the defendant's witness who helped dismantle this case," said the prosecutor.

Bharada E was charged with shooting Brigadier J with a GUARD-17 firearm three to four times. The shooting was carried out at the official residence of the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8.

Then, before the shooting, Bharada E also participated in the planning. This is because he agreed with Ferdy Sambo's order to execute Brigadier J.
