The Moment Bharada Equipped With Tears When Hearing Demands For 12 Years In Prison
JAKARTA - The defendant Richard totaling alias Bharada E held back tears when he heard the public prosecutor (JPU) read out the charges of 12 years in prison because he was considered the executor of the shooting of Yosua alias Brigadier J.
According to VOI monitoring, Bharada E initially closed his eyes when the prosecutor began to read the conclusions of the former demands.
Then, when the prosecutor imposed a 12-year prison sentence, Bharada E immediately showed the expression on his face holding back tears.
His arms seemed to be forced not to open. His lips were shaking a bit.
In fact, when the panel of judges suspended the proceedings of the trial, Bharada E seemed unable to hold back his tears. He was hugged by his legal adviser.
Meanwhile, the chaos had colored the reading of the demands. This is because Bharada E's supporters did not accept the demand for 12 years in prison.
Bharada E is considered proven to have participated in a series of premeditated murder incidents against Yosua alias Brigadier J. Thus, he was charged with imprisonment for 12 years.
"Demanding to sentence Richard totaling to 12 years of reduced detention," said the prosecutor at the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, January 18.
In the lawsuit, there were several burdensome considerations. One of them Bharada E is the executor in the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J.
In addition, there are also mitigating considerations. The prosecutor considers Bharada E to be a justice collaborator from the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).
"The defendant is the defendant's witness who helped dismantle this case," said the prosecutor.
Bharada E was charged with shooting Brigadier J with a GUARD-17 firearm three to four times. The shooting was carried out at the official residence of the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8.
Then, before the shooting, Bharada E also participated in the planning. This is because he agreed with Ferdy Sambo's order to execute Brigadier J.
