Two Bodies At The Cijaku Karet Garden Were Beaten With Sadith, The Victim Was Toxied Using Coffee But Still Alive
SERANG The Banten Police have arrested four perpetrators of the murder of WD (39) and KJA (48) whose bodies were found in a pathetic and tied condition, at the Cijaku rubber plantation, Lebak Regency, on Friday, January 13, at around 08.00 WIB.
After the status of the perpetrators turned into suspects, the Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Shinto Silitonga, revealed the identities of the perpetrators.
"The identities of the suspects are MT (36), the main suspect, a resident of Pembilang Village, Ciruas District, Serang Regency, SM (30), a casual daily laborer, a resident of Pabuaran Village, Walantaka District, Serang City. MA (30) a casual daily laborer, a resident of Tongleng Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency. SP (40) daily workers are released from the residents of Silebu Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency," Shinto explained in a written statement, Monday, January 16.
Shinto said the motive for this premeditated murder was that the victim wanted to control the perpetrator's car, silver Daihatsu Luxio with police number (nopol) B 1574 UID. The car, Shinto continued, will be sold while the money from the car sale is used to pay the perpetrator's debt, namely MT, amounting to Rp. 6 million to his neighbors.
Four suspects were charged with multiple articles, the perpetrators had plans and intentions to kill their victims.
Shinto said that the victims WD and KJA met the perpetrator at Hermina Hospital in Ciruas, on Thursday, January 12. The two of them went using the victim's car to a place planned by the perpetrator, namely looking for a shaman.
"Initially the victim WD came to MT with the aim of looking for a shaman. MT (the perpetrator) then asked MA (the perpetrator) to find a shaman to fulfill the victim's order. To fulfill this request, the victim WD had been given Rp8,000,000 from the victim KJA.. explained Shinto.
"They then went together to Petilasan Cirewu and arrived at the location at around 19.00 WIB, when they arrived at the location, the suspect MT invited 3 other suspects to meet at the coffin. The initial crime scene was in Petilasan Serewu, Cilebu Village, Kragilan on Thursday, January 12, around 23.00 WIB. At the TKP, the victim WD was given coffee which had been mixed with rice poison in the hope that the victim died. But the victim did not die at that time. Then the victim WD was sitting, snared in the neck from the side by the suspect SP and SM until he died. The victim was dropped to the floor, the suspect MA confirmed that the victim WD had died," explained Shinto.
After the victim WD was killed, the main suspect took the second victim, KJA, out of the meeting to buy coffee.
"Arriving out buying coffee, the victim KJA who was standing at that time was charged by the suspects. After the second victim died, the suspects put the two into the car and then taken to Warunggunung or Malingping using the victim's Luxio car. Select the last crime scene in a rubber plantation because the situation is very quiet and the bodies were dumped around 03.00 WIB on Friday, January 13," he said.
After killing the victim and taking the victim's car away, the perpetrators fled to the island of Sumatra to the house of the parents of one of the suspects.
"The suspects immediately fled to East Lampung, to the house of one of the suspects using the victim's Luxio car, arriving at around 12.00 WIB on Friday (January 13). The main suspect MT has known the victim KJA since February 2020, when both of them were COVID-19 volunteers," explained Shinto.
From the results of the arrest, Shinto continued, the police secured several pieces of evidence, namely one silver Daihatsu Luxio car number B 1574 UID along with a ignition key, white shoe rope to ensnare the victim, electric cable to bind the victim, blue white blanket, four mobile phones, one e-money token belonging to the victim.
The perpetrators are subject to multiple layers of premeditated murder, namely Article 340 of the Criminal Code concerning premeditated murder and or Article 365 of the Criminal Code concerning violent theft with the threat of death penalty or life imprisonment.
Shinto explained again, the victim WD was a resident of Penjaringan, North Jakarta, while KJA was a resident of East Kutai, East Kalimantan. Victim WD suffered snares on the neck, also trauma to the right chest, broken ribs and bleeding in the right tail that penetrated into the lungs.
"The two victims had an autopsy on Friday (January 13) at 19.00 WIB by the Forensic Team at Drajat Prawiranegara Hospital, Serang City," he explained.
"After processing the crime scene with a scientific criminal investigation approach, investigators found clues about the victim's identity, followed the flow of the victim's activities through his brother in a time-lining analysis, until finally he succeeded in arresting four perpetrators in East Lampung at around 16.00 WIB, or just 8 hours from the time the body was found. the first body in Lebak, "said Shinto.
