Passenger Rebutan, Two Bajaj Adu Drivers At The Mitra Bridge Market Lima
JAKARTA Two bajaj drivers at Jembatan Lima, West Jakarta were involved in a fight. The commotion was triggered by fighting over each other's passengers. Even though both of them know each other, even one base.
The commotion started when S (63) got a passenger and was taken by MF alias Rizal (35). Not accepting the passengers were taken away, S said a greeting that made MF angry. A fight ensued right in front of Pasar Mitra, Jembatan Lima Village, Tambora District, West Jakarta.
As a result of the fight, S suffered injuries to his face until three front teeth were removed. He did not accept it and reported the MF to the Tambora Police.
"The incident occurred when the MF perpetrator was accused of taking passengers from victim S, who was already in the previous queue," said West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Pasma Royce when confirmed, Monday, January 16.
As a result of the misunderstanding, victim S then met again with the perpetrators of MF at Pasar Mitra.
"The victim hit the perpetrator's bajaj because he was upset. Then both of them got off and the victim hit the perpetrator," he said.
Because the perpetrator was hit, the perpetrator returned to reply to the victim's blow. The perpetrator's hand landed on the victim's face. The perpetrator spontaneously hit the victim in the face once, causing the victim's front 3 teeth to fall out.
"Based on the victim's report, the perpetrator was arrested and taken to the Tambora Police for questioning," he said.
As a result of his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 351 of the Criminal Code.
