Ridwan Kamil About The Progress Of The Construction Of The Getaci Toll Road: Still Land Liberation, Be Patient, Later All Indah In Time
JAKARTA - West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil conveyed that the progress of the construction of the Gedebage-Tasikmalaya-Cilacap (Getaci) Toll Road is still at the land acquisition stage, so people are asked to be patient in waiting for the results later which will provide many benefits.
"It's still land acquisition, it's a bit long, sing (which) is patient. But later everything will be beautiful in time," said Ridwan Kamil after the inauguration of the new face of Singaparna Square, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java, quoted from Antara, Sunday, January 15.
He said the central government had planned to build a toll road that crossed Bandung, Garut Regency, Tasikmalaya Regency and other areas, which are currently still developing land acquisition.
The man who is familiarly called Kang Emil said he was trying to fight for the aspirations of the Tasikmalaya community to the central government to build two toll gates.
"Including the aspirations of the toll exit are increased," said Kang Emil.
He said the existence of the toll road would have a positive impact on the area it crosses, namely improving the community's economy.
"The aspirations of the toll exit must indeed be reproduced in Tasikmalaya so that the Tasikmalaya economy will increase," he said.
He added that his party would also try to ask the central government to assist in the land acquisition process for the construction of a ring road in Tasikmalaya Regency, because construction costs a lot of money.
According to him, the Tasikmalaya Regency Government will not be enough to budget for the construction of a ring road in Tasikmalaya, so it needs assistance from the central government.
"The ring road for the release is very expensive, the Tasikmalaya Regency APBD will not be sufficient, so we will help to the center so that land acquisition can be assisted, and it has been done in several places," he said.
Kang Emil said that he and the Deputy Governor of West Java Uu Ruzhanul Ulum would show good work for the progress of Tasikmalaya Regency.
"Hopefully the community sees our work with the Deputy Governor very seriously to advance Tasikmalaya Regency," said Kang Emil.
