Andi Irfan Jaya Friend Of Prosecutor Pinangki Demanded 2.5 Years In Prison
JAKARTA - The Public Prosecutor (JPU) charged the defendant Andi Irfan Jaya with imprisonment for 2 years and 6 months in prison. Andi Irfan Jaya was also charged with paying a fine of Rp. 100 million, a subsidiary of 4 months in prison.
"Sentenced Andi Irfan Jaya to imprisonment for 2 years and 6 months reduced as long as the defendant was detained on the order of the defendant to remain detained," said the prosecutor reading the indictment at the trial at the Corruption Court, Central Jakarta, Monday, December 28.
