Hendra Kurniawan's Confession Of The Seconds Of Awareness 'Affected' Ferdy Sambo

The defendant Hendra Kurniawan revealed the seconds of being 'adali' Ferdy Sambo about the cause of the death of Yosua alias Brigadier J when questioned by the Inspectorate of General Supervision of the Police.

Initially, Hendra said that he had been questioned by the Regional Inspector V Itwasum Polri, Brigadier General Hotman Simatupang. He was asked to admit to being involved in the obstruction to the investigation into Brigadier J's death.

"So from Timsus Brigadier General Hotman conveyed dah Ndra just admit it, Sambo has confessed everything, I've told everyone, just admit it. I said 'oh, it's good, bro, so just present it here with me, because I was shown the props in Paminal, I was said to have engineered it," said Hendra at the trial at the South Jakarta District Court (PN South Jakarta), Friday, January 13.

At that time, Hendra denied being involved. The reason is that everything that is done is a common thing in the Paminal Bureau, especially studying witnesses related to roles and positions.

Moreover, at the beginning of the incident it was known the cause of the death of Brigadier J for being involved in a shootout with Bharada E.

In fact, Hendra had challenged Hotman for Ferdy Sambo to be presented. Thus, the alleged involvement will be refuted.

It's just that, when it was stated that Ferdy Sambo had admitted that Brigadier J's death was not due to a shootout, Hendra admitted that he was shocked. That's when he realized he had been banned.

"I asked how to? I shot 'it's not shooting, it's shooting', 'waduh' I said that. 'So you're taking risks', 'oh ready'," said Hendra.

Hendra Kurniawan was jointly charged with obstructing the investigation into the death of Brigadier J. He is said to have ordered to secure CCTV DVR from around Ferdy Sambo's official residence, precisely at the security post of the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

Thus, Hendra Kurniawan is suspected of violating Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 subsidiary Article 48 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 32 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law Number 19 of 2016 and/or the second indictment of Article 233 of the Criminal Code subsidiary Article 221 paragraph (1) to 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
