SM Entertainment Holds SMTOWN LIVE: Culture Humanity Free Concert

JAKARTA - For the first time, the SM Entertainment agency will hold an annual concert with an online concept.

Titled SMTOWN LIVE: Culture Humanity, this concert will be filled with performances from artists from the SM Entertainment agency.

This online concert will be held on January 1, 2021 at 13.00 South Korean time.

Through the teaser released today, Monday, December 28, a number of names have been announced as part of this online concert, namely aespa, WayV, NCT Dream, NCT 127, NCT U, Red Velvet, Baekhyun EXO, Kai EXO, Taemin SHINee, Taeyeon Girls' Generation, SuperM, Super Junior, TVXQ, Kangta HOT and DJ Raiden, GINJO, and IMLAY.

The released teaser video also features the official logos of each SM Entertainment group.

Previously, several SM Entertainment artists held online solo concerts as a substitute for those unable to tour due to the pandemic such as Super Junior, TVXQ, and NCT.

Made for free, SM Entertainment hopes that this concert will be an entertainment for fans who celebrate the new year in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, considering that the pandemic in the country of ginseng has increased again.

The concerts can be watched through various platforms such as Naver VLive, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and KNTV.
