Heru Budi Hartono Ternyata Jabat Komisaris BTN, Sejak Oktober Lalu Mengajuk Resign Dan Kini Kemudian Disetujui

JAKARTA - The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) approved the resignation of Heru Budi Hartono as the company's commissioner.

Heru's resignation was carried out in connection with the person concerned being appointed as the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta on October 17, 2022. This presidential weapon has sent a letter of resignation on October 12, 2022.

"We, the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners, would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for the dedication given by Mr. Heru during his tenure as Commissioner of Bank BTN," said BTN President Director Haru Koesmahargyo at a BTN EGMS press conference monitored online in Jakarta, Wednesday 11 January.

Based on the provisions of the Company's Constitutional and Articles of Association, the position of Heru Budi Hartono as a member of the Company's Board of Commissioners ended on his own since his inauguration as Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta.

Haru explained, in the BTN EGMS, shareholders also approved the appointment of Yusuf Permana as Commissioner of Bank BTN replacing Heru Budi Hartono.

Therefore, the new composition of the results of the BTN EGMS is President Commissioner/Independent Chandra Hamzah, Deputy President Commissioner/Independent Iqbal Latanro, Independent Commissioner Ahdi Jumhari Luddin, Independent Commissioner Armand Arief, Independent Commissioner Sentot Sentausa, Commissioner Herry Trisaputra Zuna, Commissioner Andin Hadiyanto, Commissioner Himawan Arief Sugoto, and Commissioner Yusuf Permana.

With the composition of this new Commissioner, BTN is increasingly optimistic in achieving its target of becoming The Best Mortgage Bank in Southeast Asia by 2025.

In addition to approving the resignation of the Commissioner, he revealed that the EGMS also approved the re-appointment of Andi Nirwoto as Director of IT & Digital BTN.

With the revocation, the composition of the BTN Board of Directors has not changed and remains including Haru Koesmahargyo's President Director, Nixon Napitupulu's Deputy President Director, Consumer Director Hirwandi Gafar, Finance Director Nofry Rony Poetra, and Asset Management Director Elisabeth Novie Riswanti.

Then, Director of Human Capital, Compliance and Legal Eko Waluyo, Director of Distribution and Funding Jasmin, Director of Risk Management Setiyo Wibowo, and Director of IT & Digital Andi Nirwoto.
