Ricky Rizal Explained But Ogah Ngaku Explained In The Brigadier J Case
JAKARTA - The defendant Ricky Rizal regretted the incident that killed Yosua alias Brigadier J. However, he was reluctant to feel guilty about the case.
Ricky Rizal's mistake began when the member judge suddenly asked what he felt in the case.
"What are you feeling now? Just ordinary or what?" asked the judge during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel), Monday, January 9.
"My feeling regarding the incident, Your Majesty?" said Ricky questioning.
"We want to know how you are now?" said the judge.
"I feel sad for everything I've been through," said Ricky.
"Just sad?" asked the judge asserted.
"Ready Your Majesty," said Ricky.
Hearing this statement, the judge questioned that Ricky Rizal had no other feelings about at this time, including feelings of guilt.
Ricky seemed not to be called guilty. Because, he actually questioned the context of the guilt in question.
"Are you not feeling guilty or not?" asked the judge.
"I regret it," said Ricky.
"Don't, my question is answered! Do you feel guilty or not?", said the judge.
"Please, Your Honor, what are you guilty of?" Ricky said.
"Due to this incident, is there any guilt?" said the judge.
"If I am guilty, I would rather regret an incident like this," said Ricky.
The judge also confirmed Ricky's answer, who admitted that he was sorry in the case.
"Realizing the death of your colleague?" asked the judge.
"For an incident like this, the late Yosua must be killed," said Ricky.
Ricky Rizal was charged with participating in the alleged murder of Brigadier J. He is said to have not prevented and reported the occurrence of a crime.
Then, in this case there are four other defendants, namely, Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, Strong Ma'ruf and Bharada Richard totaling.
Referring to the indictment, Ferdy Sambo ordered Bharada E to shoot Brigadier J in the living room of the Police Complex's official residence, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, July 8.
In this case, they were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code. They face a maximum sentence of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
